It takes weeks
to fill your EcoVadis

The right answer is never enough

A yes only counts if the document behind it holds up: dated, recent, in your company’s name and public. If it doesn’t, you lose the points. And you only find out weeks after you submit.

You waste time finding the right documents

Most of the time goes into searching. Which document proves this answer? On which page? Picking the answer is the easy part.

Your Copilot or Claude will lose the thread

Hundreds of questions, each with its own proof. A general chat assistant stops somewhere around row 40, and it can’t see all your documents.

What if you started from a filled questionnaire, evidence included?

How it works

From empty questionnaire to evidenced draft

  1. Step 1

    Upload your questionnaire

Export the questionnaire from EcoVadis and upload it in Karomia as it is. No reformatting, nothing to copy over.

  2. Step 2

Let the Expert AI fill it

It reads your sustainability report and every document in your library, and answers question by question, with the document and page for each answer.

  3. Step 3

    Review and submit

You get your own file back, filled in. The status column shows the few rows that need you. The rest is ready to copy into EcoVadis.

How to gain extra points, and how Karomia helps

Most lost points have nothing to do with your sustainability work. They come from how the evidence is handed in.

The problem

Your documents don’t count

EcoVadis only accepts a document that is dated, recent and in your company’s name. A KPI report older than two years, a policy older than eight, or a group policy in your parent company’s name: the answer is not credited.

How Karomia helps

Karomia checks every document before you submit, and tells you why it could be rejected while there’s still time to fix it.

The problem

A yes without proof scores nothing

Saying yes is not enough. EcoVadis wants the document itself and the page where it says so. If your annual report mentions your CDP score, they still want the CDP response.

How Karomia helps

Karomia links every answer to its document and page, with a comment written for the EcoVadis analyst.

The problem

You don’t know where to start

Hundreds of questions, a deadline, and not every question weighs the same in your score.

How Karomia helps

An improvement plan ranks what to fix, quick wins first, using EcoVadis’s own published weights. Most quick wins are paperwork you already have: a date on a policy, a document to publish.

The problem

Limited document upload

EcoVadis accepts 55 new documents per assessment. Every upload counts, and the documents you are missing stay invisible until an analyst points them out.

How Karomia helps

Karomia counts your uploads against the limit, and lists the documents your report mentions that your library doesn’t have yet.

Questions about the EcoVadis questionnaire

Don't see your question? Talk to our team, we're happy to help.

Fifty-five new documents per assessment. Documents accepted in a previous assessment can be relinked, as long as they’re still valid.

You can submit it, but the answer won’t be credited. What helps is knowing which answers have no document behind them before you submit, while there’s still time to fix it.

According to EcoVadis, eight years for policies and actions, and two years for KPI reporting. Validity is checked against the date of the new assessment, which is why a score can drop even when nothing about your practices has changed.

Yes, and it helps in two ways. It supports answers across all four themes, and reporting against a recognised standard is something the assessment looks for in its own right. Where the report answers a question, we cite it and show the documents behind it.

We don’t predict scores: nobody outside EcoVadis can. What the file shows is where your answers are thin, which evidence won’t be accepted as it stands and what to fix first, ranked by EcoVadis’s own published weights.

Today it’s one run per entity, based on that entity’s report and documents. EcoVadis assesses each entity separately, with its own questionnaire and its own evidence.

Yes. Customer, bank and supplier questionnaires go through the same flow. The EcoVadis-specific evidence checks don’t apply there, so you get answers and sources, but not the evidence review.
